My family enjoyed a dozen of their classic vanilla cannoli, just before Christmas. They were delightful: the filling was delicious and silky, the pastry was crisp and tender. Peter and Anna are lovely people. Their skill and care as pastry chefs comes through in their cannoli. Treat yourself!
